Basida is a highly driven professional with a Master’s degree (MSc) in Supply Chain Management from Ghana Technology University College and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Purchasing and Supply from Takoradi Technical University, Ghana. Known for her strong sense of responsibility and keen attention to detail, she thrives in research and strategic execution. With extensive expertise across the supply chain spectrum, including procurement, expediting, and logistics, Basida has made significant contributions to the growth and efficiency of BND Group Limited, where she serves as Chief Operating Officer. Her leadership supports the group’s operational excellence and cross-company coordination. She also serves as the Director of Operations at the Generational Force Foundation (G-Force), where she oversees operational planning and procurement processes for community development initiatives. Prior to joining BND Group, Basida held executive roles at Ghana Goldfields Limited, where she managed procurement and expediting activities across various major projects. Her strengths include exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, team leadership, and the ability to manage complex, unfamiliar challenges with professionalism and clarity, making her an invaluable asset to any team.
